• Receiving Permit for Work and inspecting equipment under permit for proper electrical isolations to maintain safety standards before executing the work.
• Prepare schedule and chart for the preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment (motors, transformers, LT & HT breakers, protection relays, actuators etc).
• Handling all types of electrical breakdown related to a process industry.
• Troubleshooting, Annual and semi annual preventive maintenance of AC Motors up to 11kv 4800kw, Transformers 110Kv/7.07Kv 12.5MVA, 11/3.3kv 10MVA and 11Kv/.415kv 5MVA, Relative switchgears and protection relays. PLC based protection (Multifunctional Protection, Control and monitoring Relay ABB REF542plus).
• Maintenance and troubleshooting HT, LT Breakers (SF6 11KV 4000A, VCB 3.3KV 1600A, ACB 440v 5000A), Switchgears and Control panel.
• Breakdown maintenance of motorised valve Actuators (MOV) of AUMA, BIFFI and ROTORK IQ series make, with specialised diagnostic communicators.
• Maintenance of Diesel Generator and their control panel relays with Auto starting & closing breaker (1200KVA, 440V).
• Hipot test of cables up to 11KV.
• Route locating and fault locating of cables using Electronics instruments
• Maintenance of Batteries and UPS and Battery Charger.
• Procurement of spare parts for Electrical Equipment’s
• Quick analytical/logical thinking and decisions at site
• Executing emergency maintenance at least possible time to avoid production loss
• Having leadership quality and effective convincing power
