i have been working as a sap Materials Master controller in oil & gas industries. materials creation,Plant Extn,Val class,amendment updat,transfer posting,Funcational Location,Equipment,assembly,bill of materials through lsmw & manual

Roles and Responsibilities:

Material Master

• Materials Code Creation as per NSEF (New Stock Entry Form) from the End User.
• Assigning Materials Group, External Materials Group,Basic Materials Type and UOM for Materials.
• Required information are transferred in to SAP MM Template.
• Batch Materials are creating through LSMW Program.
• LSMW Program used for all the batch process (Amendment of Short Description, Purchase order Description, MRP Minimum & Maximum Stock level updating, Vendor Master Creation & PR Creation) in the MM.
• Purchase Request Creation from the different plant as per End user requirement.
• MRP Running in every month for each plant.
• Grouping Materials based on Vendors, Maximum Price and Materials group to create Purchase Requisition.
• Bulk Purchase Requisitions are creating through LSMW program.


Inventory Management

• Materials GRN posting, Goods Issue and Transfer Posting.
• Moving Goods into unblocked stock.
• Storage Bin allocation to the materials.
• Physical inventory checking & Posting variation in SAP.

• Reviewing End User New Stock Entry Sheet for all required information to procure the materials.
• Check & confirm with the End user for any missing information.
• Materials codification (classification) by following Industrial standards (MESC) & Noun-Modifier assign based on UNSPSC.
• Materials Stock Code Creation, Amendment & Deletion in SAP MM.
• Reviews & Create Bill of Materials (BOM) for all newly created materials.
• Extensive day-to-day Support of Plant Code Extension, Valuation Class, Vendor Master Creating, Service Master code Creation with Extension, Preparation of BOM (Bill of Material), MRP Updating and Inventory analyzing and updating.
• To analyze the data with all usage plants and eliminate the existing duplicates, Transfer the Stock to one Material & provide deletion flag for others.
