• Installations of semi- automatic chemical injection systems at flow stations, Carried out Maintenance on gas flow lines, instrument panel, pressure switches, testing and installation of demulsifier, gas dryer and biocide pumps. Power supply to pumps and equipment, routine activities and safety observations at work area
• Monitoring, reading and operations of oil and gas process instruments such as pressure gauge, meters, pneumatic systems, chemical injection pumps etc. Ability to lead a team to an installation and pre-commissioning of projects
• Obtaining, signing and validations of PTW (permit to work) daily for hot and cold work before commencing job. Procurement of materials for installation jobs, pneumatic/electrical pump maintenance,
• Mounting of cable tray to accommodate instrument cable, tubing and creating base support for a standard injection line. Supervision of bond wall construction and base support for the chemical injection skid ,Daily report on work progress
 Preparation of Site Visit checklist for offshore and onshore projects,
 Development of Site sketches, preparation of site visit report,
 Development of on-site sketches to As-build Drawings,
 Preparation of API I4C Compliance Report
 Preparation of Valve List
 Preparation of Line List & tie-in List
 FEED verification activities including gap analysis
 Mechanization of P&IDs
 Preparation and update of utilities equipment datasheets
 Simulation of flare systems using ASPEN Flarenet
 Preparation of duty specifications and update of design philosophies and reports
 Verification and update of lines sizing calculations using in-house software
 Verification of separator, compressor, pump, PSV, PCV and Flare KO drum sizing calculations using in-house software
 Checking technical quality of calculations, software simulations and other Process deliverables
 Carried out researches on Engineering consultancy studies, assisted new trainees on the use of hysys and pipesim simulators, and learnt the bases of other simulation tools like pipesim, Drill bench, Polysim, Flarenet, ProFes, Pipephase SCADA systems and OLGA2000
