JOB DESCRIPTION:Ensuring that all packaging operations are as per designed SOP, and they are in compliance to the quality gates, Working with INTAFACT Quality team to resolve any critical quality issues, Ensuring that incoming Packaging materials are in compliance with specifications ,Actively involved in preparation of Standard Operating Procedures for various quality assurance operations which includes SOP for Quality Controls, Critical Control Point Monitoring, Corrective actions for out of Specification Products, Control of non- Conformity and Preventive actions, Comply with all GMP, ISO, and food safety standards related to the packaging department, Working closely with quality Assurance manager and Packaging manager in providing technical expertise, supporting product improvement across all forms of packaging, Monitoring, tracking and trending of packaging key performance indicators(KPIs), Assist in the development of quality inspection and testing procedures and criteria, supporting the Packaging Quality Laboratory, Work with packaging employees on inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity, Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within Company, Working effectively with suppliers to bring innovative solutions to the business, Provide, and oversee, inspection activity for product throughout production cycle, ensuring package quality, Maintain all quality instrumentation, including calibration, validation, and general equipment maintenance, Ensuring that all required product and package testing is completed in a timely manner and meets the needs of Packaging Operations, Identify and participate in cost saving measures, Ensuring that all testing and equipment records are accurately completed and stored per retention policy, Ensuring that all shelf life samples are collected for batch of every production, Determination of volatile compounds in Beer using GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY
