• Working with UDEY PYROCABLE PVT LTD ,LONAVALA,PUNE (MAHARASHTRA) in Quality control Department as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
My Company are manufacters specialty cables for Power, Oil, Paper, Fertilizer,
Petroleum, Steel, Cement, Synthetic Fibers And Chemical Industries since 1976.
My job responsibilities :-
1. Preparation of design of cable, data sheets with job cards, quality plans.
2. In process and final testing of cables quality checks to be conducted.
3. All raw materials to be tested and internal test reports to be sent along with GRN stores.
4. Attending 3rd party inspection agency for customers like BHEL, IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, BARC, etc.
5. Collecting feedbacks from the customers, analyzing and ensuring preventive measures.
6. Study, understand and reviewing that technical specification, issued by the client/customers.
7. Testing of all incoming raw materials according to various specification and ISO procedures .
8. Testing of routine and acceptance for finished cables.
9. Maintaining ISO documents and records.
10. Preparation of various reports and presentation, quarter meetings.
11. Monitoring total floor area and guide the work people for better result for products.
12. Analyzing the process problem and rectification.
13. Responsible for upgrading laboratory and test equipments.
14. Calibration of measuring instruments.
15. Technical guidance to shift supervisors as team leader
