Career Profile
Founder and Director of SCV Risk Management Consulting since 2002 (Thailand and Seychelles)
Victor is the Managing Director of his own company “SCV Risk Management Consulting Ltd” which he founded in 2002 to fulfill the role as a Direct Contractor to Schlumberger when taking on the role of their Global Security Adviser. His companies have registered offices located in Thailand and the Seychelles and he continue to advise companies in working in hostile environments around the world.
Victor is a highly motivated and dynamic person with a huge experience in the Security Industry; he holds a high network of peers and colleagues throughout the world; especially in the US Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) and the Oil and Gas Producers security committee (OGP). While Victor is considered an expert in operating in Hostile environment he is also known for his vast experience in writing company Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Security Policies, Standards, and Guidelines, along with Risk and Threat assessments as well as automated Audits and Reviews programs. Additionally Victor has extensive experience in Crisis, Emergency, Business Continuity and Evacuation Management Planning for hostile environments as well as a solid grounding in all aspects of HSE.
Victor considers himself at the top of his career where companies will benefit from his expertise; not only in security but having worked in an executive management roles in the private sector at Schlumberger limited.
At this time Victor is actively looking for either a Global or Regional Security Directors role with an international/multinational company either as an employee or direct contractor. He is willing to relocate as an employee if the benefits are acceptable otherwise he is able to work as a direct contractor from his home base in Thailand.
