Professional Experience
Proven, multi-national experience in Project, Site, and Construction management of complex turnkey projects. As Project Manager I have extensive experience in construction, contract administration/management, financial and administration, personnel/contractor management, liaison with partners/clients and local authority.
In 2007, I decided to change business sector and I advanced in my career to the position of Deputy Project Manager for a Global Maintenance Service in a Gas Plant in order to widen my experience in the Oil & Gas sector. In this position I had the opportunity to carry out all activities related to the operation and maintenance of a Gas plant. I have been involved in all the technical and financial management including: engineering and technical support, mobilization, planning, cost control, purchasing and budgeting.
Since 2013, as Site Project Manager I am in a private Italian Company as EPC, for the Global Maintenance Service and Operation Assistance of a Compression Station being responsible for the overall management of the project, planning, personnel management, Customer relationship, cost control, budgeting, etc.
