Professional Experience
As an O&M Incharge of project division handling the Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance and Production, I was responsible for PM planning, attending breakdown, Condition Based monitoring and analyzing failures by using RCA& Pareto analysis, reviewing SOP’s and SMP’s and implementation of CMMS. I was an active member of Business Planning team to set the targets for the current financial year and handling a team of 30 members include full time employees and contract man power mentoring them with training and discussing the root cause of major breakdown to improve the machine UP time and thereby increase the OEE.I was responsible for building up a safe and healthier working environment with 100% compliance in permit systems, Lock out/Tag Out, Near miss reporting, Unsafe act/condition reporting, HAZOP & HAZID.I was facilitating QC teams to solve various technical problems within the department level.
