The role:
High volume recruitment of Charity Fundraisers and Team Leaders which involves posting jobs online, screening CVs, conducting telephonic, group and individual interviews, recruitment fairs, induction, processing HMRC required documentation for all staff, site visits to monitor PFRA guidelines, new starter reviews, performance management, grievances, organising quarterly socials and awards ceremonies. Influenced changes to the role in terms of structure and processes to adapt to the evolving market and to be conducive in meeting targets.
