• Coordinated, Planned, Scheduled, Estimated, Supervised and Controlled and Executed major (overhaul) and minor maintenance of Rotating Equipment’s and static, equipments.Commissioning of DR PLANT HYL process.
• Supervised the Repairing of Rotating Equipment components such as: Rotors, Shafts, Bearings, Seals, Diaphragms, Valves, Centrifugal Compressors, Gear Boxes, Screw Compressors and various types of Pumps and turbines
• Analyzed Failure of Rotating Equipment’s and its components.
• Installed and aligned Rotating Machinery.
• Planned, Scheduled, Executed and Followed-up Preventive, Predictive, Breakdown Maintenance.
• Development of Spare analysis and strategies.
• Running maintenance and repair of briquetting machines ,gear box , hydraulic pumps and motors, hydraulic ram and cylinder , and obtaining the perfection for designed values and clearances mentioned for the production requirement .
• Maintenance of cooling towers and its accessories.
• Running maintenance and repair of vibrating screens and discharge system.
• Shut down maintenance of Reactor, Process gas heaters, reformer, both inside the vessel as well as out side the vessel.
• Various types of duct system and fans.
• Familiar with belt conveyor and flexowel conveyor system.
• Lubricating system for smooth operation of equipments.

Key Job Responsibility: -

 Commissioning of static equipment like reformer box, BFW Preheater, Co2 all vessels, Separator, Quench tower and KO Drum.
 Commissioning of Rotary equipment’s like Pump, fans, turbine, Vs2 valve, Centrifugal compressor, reciprocating compressor and screw Compressor.
 Flow feeder shaft maintenance and make healthy by taken special care.
 Mechanical Maintenance of rotating equipment’s and static equipment.
 Fabrication related jobs.
 Spare planning of particular area.
 Shutdown job preparation and shutdown job.
 Trouble shooting job in running plant.
 Giving online and class room training to Sub ordinates to develop their skill in maintenance field
