Currently working with M/s Dark & scull & SICIM JV , a contracting company engaged in the Pipe Line Installation Project ZUBAIR OIL FIELD DEVELOPMENT, IRAQ as Sr.E & I QC Engineer – Electrical;

• Project Review Inspection and Test Plans to verify that Execution Contractor is performing all required inspections and witnessing hold points. specification and specified international code
• Prepare ITP, Corrective action, conduit Inspections for daily activities ,NCR,SDR closing , Dossier ,Test package & Quality documents.
• Ensure that all inspections and tests witnessed by Company Inspectors are recorded and documented
• Inspection of Oil well heads(Natural flow &Water injection wells) MV & LV cables , Fiber optic cables& control cables, Substation installations, cable tray, wiring, lighting , inspection of field instruments, , JB’s,cathodic protection system, earthing system ,lightining protection system, anode installation ,corrosssion monitoring & potential monitoring ofcathodic protection and electrical equipments in accordance to drawing
• Witness of megger test ,High voltage test, insulation & continuity test ,loop test for instruments ,calibration check for field installed items ,verification of label & tag nos,witnesss leak test of instrumentation tubing ,punch listing etc
• Perform inspection during installation and witness of pre-commissioning of MV/LV system at Substation including Switchgear, Power Transformers, and , Motors, HV/LV Cables
• Review of FAT reports & manufacturing QC document ,Inspection review of material test certificate, undertake, tracking of materials, Interface &co ordinate for production and QC matters ,Matrix & Finial Dossier .
• Preparation and submission of submittals to Consultant-ENI for the above activities.

PROFFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• BE in Electrical Engineering from Chhattisgrash University
• Two year I.T.I. Electrician course from National Council for Vocational Training.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS :
• Diploma in Sanitary Health Inspector course from Directorate of Medical Education, Govt. of Karnataka.
• Pre-Degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala
