• Work as a Planning, Scheduling and Cost Control Analyst in the Industrial Management Control division.
• Carry out Industrial Engineering studies, cost analysis and continuous improvement analysis.
• Prepare charts, diagrams, graphs and presentations to show monthly Key performance indicators.
• Prepare monthly cost report for the two facilities in Onne and Warri explaining deviations and areas of improvement.
• Prepare monthly Industrial flash report for the two facilities in Onne and Warri showing detail of their performance during the month
• Designed a model for tracking idle man-hours of personnel in the plant.
• Engage in forecast of cost inefficiencies of the plant.
• Carry out Monthly and quarterly Management Control Meeting with the operations team, Country Manager and Business Unit Director.
• Develop budget control methods to reduce transformation costs while ensuring safety.
• Develop homogeneous industrial models to ensure coherence of decisions in all industrial processes.
• Analyse the annual operation performance and keep track of the monthly cost for the industrial budget.
• Evaluate improvement opportunities and benchmark across Tenaris facilities.
• Defined the Standard cost of each product in the Tenaris catalogue and its corresponding price.
• Review daily production performance, analyse production data, identified underperforming lines and offered recommendations for process improvement to stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule targets for the operators based on the cycle time ratio, thread connections and steel grades, and constantly sort innovative techniques to boost production Key Performance Indicators.
• Continuous analysis and update of the productivities of various lines( threading, Swaging, Phosphate and buck On lines)
• Identity and implement ways of reducing consumables consumption rate in the plant (inserts coolants, dopes, phosphate chemicals, etc.), thereby ensuring efficient use of consumables.
