Asset Management Consultant
Establish the vision, direction and strategies of the Asset Management applying different methodologies of reliability based on the best practices. Being RCM Facilitator and other methodologies. Since joining AMS group, I has been involved in several Asset Management Projects:
• RCM Project for REFICAR in Cartagena Colombia. Develop the maintenance and operational strategy plan that balance costs and risks with overall production goals in process like Crude and Vacuum Distillation, Fluid Catalytic Cracker, Naphtha Hydrotreater, Diesel Hydrotreater, Hydrocracker, Hydrogen Plant, Sulfur Plant, Power Generation in complex systems like Pumping, Compression, generation and Hydraulic Decoking Systems with new technologies. • Standards Job project for Reficar in Cartagena Colombia. Leader in develop the Standard Job for 25000 new equipment for the new refinery, with processing capacity of 165,000 barrels per day.
