Mr Stone is a highly qualified and professionally affiliated General Manager / Project Director / Business Development Manager with twenty five (25) years’ experience gained in the offshore / onshore oil and gas industry in the UK, Europe, Australia, Asia and the Middle East, with both client organisations and EPC/PMC consultancies. He is a self-motivated and proactive leader with advanced communication skills, proven team building capability, a progressive negotiation and facilitation style, and the ability to direct, implement and manage organisational change. Mr Stone’s experience has been gained within business development, commercial and project management functional roles, including: the development and delivery of strategic objectives, strategic planning and budgeting, application of advanced risk management principles, innovative proposal development and tendering, and the successful management and delivery of project objectives. As a core capability Mr Stone is knowledgeable and fully proficient in executing project management processes across all phases of the project life cycle, with demonstrable experience in: Front End Loading activities (Select & Assess), FEED and concept studies, detail design and engineering, procurement and contract management, fabrication / construction and installation, hook-up and commissioning, and integration management.
