 Ensure the drilling operation is carried out as defined in the approved Operators instructions and Drilling Program. Performing drilling daily checklists, i.e. QHSE checks Assisting the Driller in the coordination and supervision

 Operating and maintain the rig mud system, including the mud pumps, centrifugal pumps, filtration system equipment, all valve and pipe work related to the mud system, and all monitoring equipment related to the brine/mud system and mix mud chemicals, cements and additives.
 Maintain all drilling tools and equipment & checking them for correct specification and fitness for job before putting them into use. Maintain accurate records of tubular and tool dimensions.
 Monitoring abnormal well conditions including excess pressure, a reduction of the weight of mud, sedimentary deposits mixed with the gas, or changes in mud weight.
 Operate and inspect the drill floor equipment in conjunction with drilling operations; report or take appropriate action on potential hazards.
 Performs, records, and reports inventory of all equipment and tubular in the well, prepare & maintain kill & trip sheets.
 Installation of well heads, Christmas tree, tubing hanger and running of production tubing with help of down hole safety valve and setting production packer.
