Since Dec’13 with Technip S & W International as Sr. Planning Engineer (PMC) for ADMA-OPCO (ADNOC Group)
(Zakum Oil Lines Replacement Project EPC Project Value 1150 Million US$- The project involves replacement of 26 sub-sea pipelines (90 km) of various sizes, laying of 200km of sub-sea cable, fabrication and installation of 2 No’s of new Riser Platforms, Bridge Support Towers, Bridges and fabrication and installation of topside modification for 34 WHTs (Well Head Tower))
Key Result Areas:
• Establish and maintain an overall robust integrated project control methodology which will reliably deliver forecast of costs, completion targets, early warning trends and perform variance analysis
• Ensure EPC Contractor develops Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) which is logical, detailed sufficiently and aligned with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Review and approve EPC Contractor’s Project Control Procedure, Planning Package, Micro schedule for Offshore installations and manufacturing schedules of major vendors
• Develop, update and maintain an overall integrated master schedule for proper offshore interface management with other ongoing EPC Projects, Company Operations and Drilling program
• Ensure project remains on track both schedule and cost wise by closely monitoring and controlling the work and generate regular forecasts of schedule and cost Project Management Team & Company Management
