- More than twenty five years of experience and expertise in projects, engineering, business development, coordinating, supervising, commissioning and operation in upstream and downstream including refining, petrochemical, upgrading areas and utility units. Working experience in Canada, Singapore, China, Oman, Bahrain, Thailand, Romania and Nigeria.
• Business development experience involved in proposal preparation and bid evaluation.
• Evaluating process technology, process and technology screening, licensor and vendor selection.
• Working experience with both International Operating & EPCM/PMC Companies.
• Manage projects/engineering/process and plant operations.
• Excellent PMC experience with major projects to ensure Client’s requirements in terms of design objectives, fit-for-purpose design, adherence to applicable codes & standards and quality objectives are met.
• Coordinate and direct the engineering disciplines involved in project bid preparation, FEED and Detailed Engineering, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Manage the project's cost, manhours, quality and schedule.
• Conversant with Shell DEP’s, ExxonMobil GP’s & DP’s, PTT, Chevron and Oxy Standards, ANSI & API Standards.
• Prepare Engineering Procedures, Work Instructions, Guidelines and Technical Practices.
• Technical interfaces between management, operation, constructor and vendors.
