• Design and conduct new employee orientation program (introduction training for the new employees, adaptation and probation period review);

• Elaborate and implement general HR policy and procedures;
• Organize training plans and prepare market analysis of the best training companies;
• Analyze employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement;
• Execute employee performance appraisal on set schedule;
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data (KPIs);
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
• Manage employee relations and grievances;
