• Reviewing Quality Control Procedures and Inspection Test Plans.
• Reviewing Welding Procedure Specifications.
• Monitoring the Welding activities as per WPS & Quality System Procedures.
• Witnessing Welder Qualification Testing and Procedure Qualification Testing.
• Reviewing all the Inspection Reports.
• Co-Ordinate with Sub-Contractor’s Welding Inspector’s activities.
• Witnessing the NDT activities.
• Ensuring all the Construction /Inspection activities are carried out as per PQP, ITP, Company Standards, Procedures and Codes.
• Fit up and welding inspection as per code and specification.
• Structural fit up and welding inspection as per drawings & AWS D1.1.
• Coordinating with third party NDE for NDT services.
• Ensuring all construction and inspection activities are documented as per the ISO.
• Responsible for Implementing of Quality control and Documentation of Quality Plan, Standards and codes.
• Inspection of all incoming material for conformity, quality and quantity requirements and prepare MIR as per Quality Plan.
• Preparing Quality plan for inspection process of each components and assemblies.
• Maintaining all Quality documents complies with ISO norms.
