Additional Information
• Lead analytical team of installation and commissioning.
• Technical assessment, evaluation of bids and selection of vendor supplied systems.
• Develop specifications and procedures.
• Review design of SCS, CEMS, process analyzer and network systems
• Review and comment PFD / P&ID, SCS and documentation.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with Vendors/Clients/external companies.
• Review engineering, lag time/dew point calculations.
• Witness FAT and provide technical assistance to analytical vendors.
• Review & Approve FAT, SAT & commissioning procedures.
• Coordinate and technically assist Installation/Commissioning team to complete the projects as per client specification.
• Plan and assist vendor activities.
• Participate in HAZOP studies.
• Ensure availability of vendor engineer and commissioning spare parts.
• Resolved technical and engineering issues.
• Review/approve Project Management of Change.
• Perform Root cause failure analysis.
• Revamp old & obsolete analyzer and sampling system cost effectively.
