• Designed and rolled-out the first Procurement Development Program for 150 employees incl. skills matrix, capability compass, personal development plan and training curriculum (offering tailored trainings per function and seniority)
• Coordinated all procurement-relevant activities for different lots of a coal to biomass conversion project, 150M€ initial contracted value, incl. contract and claim management
