In this 15 years tenure worked as an independent operator in Fertilizer & Oil And Gas sector at below mentioned units and being Operator my responsibility is to safe startup shutdown, handover, takeover of Well head, chemical injection pumps, Flow line equipments, Hydraulic control panel unit, sour gas skid and different types of Internal combustion Gas Engines in which Waukesha, Superior, Caterpillar, Ajax engines and Reciprocating type PD compressors of different models ,Diesel gen set, Slug catchers, blow cases,Instrumentation,Fin Fan coolers, condensate handling pits pumps, pig launching and receiving stations, chemical dosing skids or stations, G.D,OPGD, F.D, PSV's, Control valves, condensate pits including pumps, N2 fusible loop, PLC panels, PD & Centrifugal pumps, Crude Oil handling facility in which Flow line inlet area, Oil stabilization area, Crude Oil Storage Area , Gantry or Filling Area, Condensate treatment unit (CPI),Distributed Control System, SCADA System, Condensate, Amine Dehydration Unit,MCC, Diesel Gen set ,Fire pumps and Water Network, Nitrogen generation unit & Air generation unit, multistage centrifugal compressor, Centrifugal Pumps/PD compressors and PD Pumps steam turbine and their accessories , Reverse Osmosis Plant, Cooling Tower etc.
I have experience of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, DCS, PLC and Master Startup.
