The signature of two agreements between the UAE and Cyprus on double-taxation and protection of investments and a future visit to the UAE by a Cypriot business and economic delegation to the UAE was discussed Sunday by Director of Economic Affairs at the Foreign Ministry Jassim Mohammed Al-Qassimi and Cypriot ambassador Elpidoforos Economou.
Economic and investment relations between the UAE and Cyprus and ways to promote them were also a major topic of the meeting. During the visit, the Cypriot business and economic delegation will get a first-hand view of the investment and commercial opportunities and potentials made available by the national economy.
