The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, sent a message to his brother Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait. The content of the message addressed the fraternal bilateral relations between the two countries and their peoples, ways for strengthening cooperation in all fields, issues of mutual interest, and latest developments on regional and international arenas. The message was delivered to the Emir of Kuwait by Minister of State and Cabinet's Member Dr. Mutlab bin Abdullah Al-Nafeesah, who was received by Emir of Kuwait on (15-6-1433) at Bayan Palace.
