Prime Minister Dr. Kamal el-Ganzouri on 21/5/2012 issued a decision to allocated 10,000 feddans of land in Al-Menyia Governorate for establishing the biggest buffalo raising farm at one billion dollar investments from the United Arab Emirates.
The project will provide 300,000 tons of milk annually, 70,000 buffalo to produce meat annually, 40,000 calves, 1.5 million cubic feet of organic fertilizers, reclaiming and farming 50.000 feddans to produce green fodder and providing 20.000 direct job opportunities and 100.000 indirect job opportunities. |
