HE Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani, has received a written message from Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy pertaining to bilateral relations and other issues of mutual concern. Visiting Spanish State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Gonzalo de Benito, handed over the message during a meeting here earlier with HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.
