Thailand's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, HE Kittiratt Na-Ranong met with Qatari Assistant Foreign Minister for International Cooperation HE Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Jabor Al Thani. The meeting discussed means of enhancing cooperation between the friendly countries, especially in the financial and investment sectors. HE Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mohammed Bin Jabr Al Thani also met with Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, HE Jullapong Nonsrichai, and reviewed bilateral relations and a number of issues of mutual concern. The two meetings were attended by Qatar's Ambassador to Thailand, HE Jabor Ali Al-Dosseri and members of the official delegation accompanying the Assistant Foreign Minister. The Qatari official arrived Wednesday in Bangkok on a two-day official visit to discuss potential investment opportunities in the sectors of health, hotels, and finance.
