President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received a letter from President of Yemen Abd al-Rab Mansur al-Hadi dealing with bilateral relations between the two countries. The letter was delivered by Yemeni Foreign Minister Dr. Abu Backer Al Qurbi while he was received today by National Security Adviser and Deputy Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council HH Sheikh Hazza Bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
At the meeting, they discussed fraternal relations between UAE and Yemen and explored ways to enhance them. Sheikh Hazza assured the Yemeni minister, UAE's continued support and assistance to the people of Yemen, adding that the ongoing initiatives are inspired by the historical and brotherly relations between the two countries. The Yemeni minister hailed UAE's assistance and support to the people of Yemen in various fields of development, noting that the recent humanitarian efforts ordered by President Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan is the continuation of this help, especially when Yemen is trying to overcome the sufferings caused by the situations it passed through.
