Ethiopian President Irma Wolde-Giorgis met with HE Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani, who visited Ethiopia. HE the Prime Minister conveyed greetings and best wishes of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the Ethiopian President and the Ethiopian people. For his part, Wolde-Giorgis entrusted HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister with his greetings to HH the Emir and HH the Heir Apparent wishing the Qatari people further progress and prosperity. Talks during the meeting dealt with bilateral relations and a number of issues of interest to both countries. Members of the official delegation accompanying HE the Prime Minister attended the meeting.
