Twenty-four hours before the announcement of the government line up, the government has started to carry out the assignments given by President Mohamed Morsi. Economic reform, improvement of services, introducing legislations and paying wider attention to slums and impoverished villages topped the list of priorities. Minister of Justice Ahmed Makki said that the government will discuss seventy legislations which will be put for public debate in the coming stage.
Among these legislations are the information circulation bill, and the establishment of a national council for media, Demonstrations organization bill, the organization of the administrative control body and the central accounts organization and the establishment of an anti corruption commission. On the Slums Development, a Government Source said development project will cover 1135 impoverished villages adding this project which will be carried out by many ministries will provide 16400 job opportunities.
