Central Bank of Egypt Governor Hisham Ramez said that deposits increase rate increased 11.58% in December 2012; the local currency increase rate was 11% while foreign currency increase rate was 13.7% and the volume of family sector deposits is 79% of total deposits. He pointed out that the most important macroeconomic indicators that property right in banks are equivalent to 7% of the assets.
