An increase was attained in Egypt's foreign reserves, and its size will be announced within days, said Governor of the Central Bank of Egypt Hisham Ramez.
During a press conference held following a meeting with Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb, the CBE governor said the situation is reassuring and that revenues started to increase. Ramez pointed out to the role of Saudi Arabia and the UAE in offering assistance to Egypt in the form of oil products that have saved a huge portion of foreign reserves. |
