Chairman of the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) Mohamed Omran received a delegation from Khartoum Stock Exchange, led by its Director General Azhari al-Tayeb.
The meeting tackled means of activating the cooperation agreement signed between the two exchanges, as well as the frameworks of joint registration mechanisms and facilitating the movement of trading for investors in both markets. Omran said that activating the agreement signed between the two bourses would facilitate the availability of Egyptian stocks for investors from the Sudanese market, thus opening a new window for traders from the Sudanese market to invest in the Egyptian bourse. |
