Egypt's Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry held a session of talks on 7/2/2015 with UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed on the sidelines of Munich Security Conference.
Egyptian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Badr Abdel Aati said the two ministers discussed ways of boosting bilateral ties in the various fields along with coordination between the two countries to prepare for Sharm El-Sheikh Economic Conference. The spokesman added they also discussed the latest developments in Yemen, Syria, Iraq and Libya. Abdel Aati noted that the meeting tackled Al-Azhar's role in confronting extremist ideologies and spreading the true teachings of Islam, according to the spokesman. |
