Egypt's gross domestic debt reached EGP 1,924.7 billion in December, the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) said in a report on 1/6/2015.
In Egypt, domestic debt is part of the total debt that is owed to creditors inside the country, including the government and the public economic bodies. The local debt payable by the government mounted to EGP 1,691.8 billion in December. |
