Finance Minister Hani Qadri said that the revenues from customs and taxes have increased by 3.3 billion Egyptian pounds during the fiscal year 2014/2015.
In statements, the minister said that the revenues of the Egyptian Tax Authority, excluding the oil sector, the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and the Suez Canal, have reached 178 billion pounds, compared to the year 2013/2014. He lauded the performance of the staff of the tax authority, pointing out to the great efforts exerted to upgrade the efficiency of the customs system. |
