Minister of Communications and Information Technology Yasser Al Qadi left Cairo for Morocco to take part in the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) third High Level Governmental Meeting (HLGM).
Held on the sidelines of the ICANN 55th conference, which will take place on 5-10 march in Marrakesh, the meeting aims at boosting the role of governments in ICANN and formulating upgrading internet strategies. It is also meant to promote cooperation between ICANN member states as well as taking up an exchange of views on communication issues. |
