 Representatives of Arab and foreign institutions paid a visit Friday to the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) to get acquainted with the nature of the region and investment opportunities.
In a statement on Friday 15/04/2016, SCZone said the delegation represents the officials taking part in the International Forum for Maritime Transport Development held at the headquarters of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. During the visit, they were briefed about the nature of investment in the region and the economic incentives offered to investors, the statement added. In November, President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a presidential decree announcing that the Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZone) will be an independent economic zone of a special nature. |
