 Egypt's non-petroleum exports have increased in April 2016 to $1.7 billion, compared to $1.6 billion in the same month of 2015, an increase of 8.85 percent, said Trade and Industry Minister Tarek Qabil.
Egypt's imports went down by 22.6%, as it registered $12.838 billion during the first quarter of 2016, against $16.577 million during the same period of last year. In a statement issued, Qabil said that these positive indicators affirm the success of the plan adopted by the ministry with regard to developing Egypt's non-petroleum exports. |
