 Prime Minister Sherif Ismail said that the cabinet has discussed President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi’s directions to boost relations with China, India, and Japan.
In statements after cabinet’s meeting, Ismail added that the ministers were directed to finalize agreements signed with these countries including the Grand Egyptian Museum project and other projects and investments. During the meeting, the cabinet approved a number of bills including law regulating the sewage and drinking water authority, system concerning new cement permits and river taxi project. Concerning preparations for Eid al-Adha, the premier said that he discussed with the new supply minister the importance of controlling the markets and prices and providing supply goods and all citizen’s needs in the upcoming period. He also congratulated all Egyptians on the occasion of the feast. |
