 Speaking from Davos, where he is attending the inauguration of the world economic forum, Trade Minister Tarek Qabil said he will review investment opportunities in Egypt.
Qabil told MENA correspondent in Switzerland, he will post world officials and representatives of big companies on steps taken to attract investments and hone Egypt's competitive edge. Qabil said he will be meeting with his Chinese counterpart on the sidelines of the event. The minister will also attend a meeting of 30 ministers representing the most influential countries at the World Trade Organization. He said in that meeting he will focus on expected Chinese investments in Egypt, as well as Russian investments at the industrial zone in Port Said. |
