 Prime Minister Sherif Ismail met with Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Mohamed Abdel Aati and Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Abdel Monem el-Banna.
The meeting dealt with ways to improve the agricultural system within the framework of the optimal use of available water resources. They also discussed ideas and proposals for developing the agricultural sector and providing all needed facilities for maximizing the use of development projects in this sector. The talks tackled a proposal to form a joint committee of the two ministries to be in charge of coordinating efforts and improving the method of work regarding the agricultural and water policy. |
