Tunisia's central bank raised its key interest rate from 4.75 percent to 5.00 percent the second hike in a month as it tries to halt a slide in the dinar currency, which has fallen to historic lows against the euro and the dollar.
The central bank had previously raised the rate to 4.75 percent from 4.25 percent on April 26. |
