Egypt's commodity exports to France jumped 36.4% in 2017, said Trade and Industry Minister Tarek Qabeel .
The volume hit 572 million euros, compared to 420 million euros in 2016, according to a report presented to Qabeel from the Egyptian commercial representation office in Paris. Trade exchange also surged 21.8% in 2017, he said in a press release. The minister said the French market is one of the important ones for Egyptian exports. He also hailed relations between Cairo and Paris. He praised efforts exerted by the Egyptian representation office to promote exports to France. |
