Reported that SCA head Mohab Mamish affirmed that the new suez canal has been an inevitable project and it has proved that Egyptians are capable of coming back to power.
He stated that the new Suez Canal achieved highest annual revenues throughout its history, expecting that the revenues would hit $5.7 billion by the end of this year, an increase of $700 million against 2017. This came on the third anniversary of the inauguration of the new Suez Canal. Mamish said that all statistics proved the credibility of the economic and technical feasibility of the project as it succeeded in enhancing the capacity and efficiency in receiving the new generation of giant ships. "The comprehensive vision of the political leadership concerning the importance of the new suez canal included benefiting from the geographic strategic location of suez canal and growing revenues annually for sustainable development of the canal zone turning it into an international economic location and a destination for investors from all over the world", he added . " The Egyptian investor is our premier permanent partner who is apt to get all the facilities to be the first developer of this pristine region rich in opportunities and productivity, and young investors are bases of development and success of the economy, and all support will be given to their small and medium enterprises," Mamish confirmed. |
