Minister of Trade and Industry Amr Nassar asserted during a meeting with Estonian Deputy Secretary General for Economic Development of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications Viljar Lubi that there are huge cooperation and investment opportunities between Egypt and Estonia in the fields of information technology, trade, food manufacturing and wood industries.
Nassar and Lubi conferred on means to boost economic and investment cooperation and the possibility to establish industrial partnerships between both countries in the different domains. The meeting was attended by Estonian Ambassador to Egypt Sander Soone and Adviser Trade and Industry Minister for international affairs Mageda Shahin. Nassar pointed out to the possibility of boosting cooperation between both countries in the field of tourism especially that Egypt and Estonia are touristic countries at the regional and the international levels. Nassar said that the coming stage will witness more cooperation and investment chances between Egypt and Estonia. Meanwhile, Lubi asserted Estonia's keenness on boosting joint economic cooperation with Egypt as it is an important country in the Middle East and Africa. Lubi invited Nassar to visit Estonia on top of an Egyptian businessmen delegation. |
