Planning Minister Hala el Saeed said that Egypt will hold an Arab Sustainable Development Week forum to highlight its efforts in this regard.
Held under the theme of partnership for sustainable future, the four-day event is to be organized in cooperation with the Arab League, the World Bank, the United Nation Development Program (UNDP) and the European Union. The event is planned to shed light on Egypt’s efforts to fulfill its Vision 2030 which aims to realize inclusive development and improve Egyptians' life quality and to raise awareness among the Arab citizens on the importance of sustainable development, el Saeed said. The forum will bring together senior officials, decision makers and representatives of Arab organizations, and NGOs concerned with sustainable development, along with international experts, and Arab media people. |
