Prime Minister Mostafa Madboli said that all indications show that Egypt is on the right track towards development.
Interviewed by CNN, the premier added that the country managed to overcome difficulties over the past period, pointing out that Egyptians in the next two years will reap the fruits of the economic reform program. Asked about the regional developments, Madboli said: "We are living in a highly volatile region that experiences protests and tensions driven by the dissatisfaction of some peoples with their governments' performance". He went on to say that the situation in Egypt is stable, as the state has succeeded in enhancing Egyptians' standard of living. The prime minister stressed that the government is working to implement several reforms to lure more investors. |
