Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli met with Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) Governor Tarek Amer, where the premier got updated with the banking sector developments since the crisis of the global outbreak of Corona -virus pandemic.
Madbouli hailed the banking sector performance, topped by the CBE, during the crisis, and praised the resilience of the sector, which managed to contain the pandemic’s negative consequences, in a way gained the applause of international agencies and organizations. The premier also reviewed with the Finance Minister Mohamed Maait the current inflation rates, and its outlooks. |
