| Scope | The company announces its need for supply of Complete Heavy Duty Centrifugal Horizontal Pump with Electric Motor & Base Plate Item :- (03-P9 A/B) Spare Parts: Complete Mechanical Seal. Description for horizontal centrifugal pump 1) Pump shall be manufactured according to (APl 610) latest edition. 2) Bearing should be antifriction ball beaing, ring lubricated type, water cooled ' with inlet water specification 3 bar 35'C. 3) Flexible coupling (Metastream Coupling) with spacer between pump and motor dynamically balanced according to (APl 6i0). 4) Non-sparking coupling guard. 5) Single mechanical seal according to (APl 682). 6) Mechanical seal manufacturer: John Crane, Eagle Burgmann or Flowserue. 7) Pump centerline case-mounting, overhung (OH2Type), The total power of the pump, consideing the designated safety factor (according to API 610), shall not exceed the total power of the motor in our tender. 8) Flange pump drains. 9) Fabricated steel base plate. (Dimensions of base p late should not exceed: 1000 x 600 mm). 10) Three hard copies and one soft copy of standard documentation including operation and maintenance manuals in English language shallbe submifted forthe pump. 11) Pump origin should be: (U.S.A. - Canada - Australia - South Korea - ltaly - France - Germany- Finland - Austria - Switzerland - Japan). 12) Third party inspection (visual inspection) by one of the following inspectors: Bureau VERITAS of France (BV) Lloyd's Regisfer lntertek Global TUV Rheinland Group of Germany DNV sGc ATG # Third party inspection (visual inspection), includes: 1- Checking of quantities. 2- Checking of packing. 3- The materials are safe from damage. 4- Review for all repofts and certificates. |
